Prince William is scheduled to attend the COP30 climate summit in South America next month, as confirmed by royal officials.
The father and son duo made a joint appearance on Thursday night at a event ahead of the climate summit, which is set to be held in the northern Brazilian city of Belem.
Father and son were in attendance at the scientific institution event, marking an noteworthy combined presence at a pre-COP30 gathering co-hosted by the United Kingdom administration.

The King has been a consistent supporter of biodiversity preservation - and Prince William has inherited the mission, with his own Earthshot awards, which will be held in Brazil preceding the COP summit.
Official representatives have described William's involvement at the next COP as taking on an significant responsibility in "climate diplomacy".

The monarch and his heir, making a joint entrance in the royal vehicle, were introduced to participants featuring environmentalists, scientists, climate change campaigners, foreign representatives and politicians.
